Key ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Taghyeer Technologies is an ambitious product company building innovative SaaS solutions. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping the web experiences our users rely on every day — working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers in a collaborative, on-site team at our Uttara office.
• You will take ownership of frontend features end to end: planning implementation with the team, building responsive and polished interfaces, and shipping to production with confidence.
• Design and maintain a scalable component architecture that keeps our codebase clean, reusable, and easy to extend as our products grow.
• Turn UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces — ensuring every screen works beautifully across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to deliver complete product features on time, from API integration and state handling to final QA and release.
• Raise the bar for the frontend team through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to technical decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices.
• Monitor application health in production, diagnose issues quickly, and proactively improve performance, reliability, accessibility, and SEO.
• Stay current with modern frontend practices and use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to move faster without compromising code quality.
