• Client project data: Retained for 5 years after project completion for legal and accounting purposes.
• Job application data: Retained for 12 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process. Unsuccessful candidates may request earlier deletion.
• Website analytics data: Retained for 26 months (Google Analytics 4 default retention period).
• Contact and inquiry data: Retained for 2 years from the date of last interaction.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it. In cases where full deletion is not technically possible (e.g., backup archives), we ensure the data is isolated and protected from further processing until deletion is possible.
